[ossig] MAMPU Migrates to OpenOffice.org

We have positive feedback from gov officers after we send our press
release to "internal" mailing lists. We are going to hold this fort
and more fort will be harden to make sure agencies have the balance
choices. Open Source is about choices. Freedom to choose any software
that we want to used without any political pressure.

Support, training and research, we really need industry to help us on
this. We can create demand but without proper supply this move will be
nothing. OSCC can't support all the agencies. Industry can.
