[ossig] S'pore to host region's largest OSS conference

*Come February 2009, Singapore will play host to the largest open source 
software conference to be held in Southeast Asia, according to its 
organizer KB Conferences.*

The Open Source Singapore Pacific-Asia Conference and Expo (OSSPAC) is 
slated to be held from Feb. 16 to 18.
