* Implementing Business Process Management Systems*
by Mr. Ramesh Srinivasa
BPM (business process management) and workflow based systems are
currently one of the hottest topics in IT. And with the wealth of
information available, it is sometimes difficult to obtain a good
overview of BPM systems, and just what it takes to implement an
effective solution. This session, targeted at both end-users and
solution providers, gives an introduction to BPM and workflow systems,
how to implement a BPM system in an organization, and issues involved in
building or integrating a workflow engine into products.
* Introduction to Workflow Concepts
* BPM as a methodology and a tool for achieving business objectives.
* Achieving business agility through the synergistic use of BPM and SOA.
* Architecting Workflow-based Business systems
* Designing Workflow based Applications
* Architecture of a Workflow Engine
