Keng Heng,

Hi Keng Heng,

I think it would be good if you changed the Email subject in replying to
the mailing list next time. What brought this subject matter up?

FYI, There are steps that have been taken at various levels by the
government and these are still ongoing. OSCC (http://oscc.org.my) is
actively engaging the relevant agencies on this matter. There are a
number of Uni that have been encouraging students to have OSS based
projects.

Along this lines, there are many individuals/teachers that have been
sharing their OSS knowledge on their own in schools.
