I was surprised with this IT Business Edge article claiming that Open
Source adoption is limited for SMEs:

I am always under the impression that open source adoption is higher
in SME due to the more flexible environment, and major cost saving -
as software licensing takes up a higher percentage of TCO compared to
large enterprises.

Is this true for Malaysia as well - i.e. open source is more
easily/widely adopted for large enterprises?
