[ossig] Accelerate OSS Adoption - Views from a University (R&D)

Dear all,

somehow I ended up to volunteer to help out by taking over and represent 
the universities' view in the forum session of the upcoming conference
(http://mygosscon.oscc.org.my/).
Now I could repeat on and over what I have been saying all through those 
years (and everyone has been bored with); or get myself on a new track.
This is a good chance, a very good chance, and therefore I ask everyone 
in the field (university / R&D) on this list, to quickly shoot all 
spontaneous ideas towards me.
The event takes place next week, so your most valuable input should 
reach me really soon. Don't worry, I'll set up everything as nicely as 
possible, so any idea in plain ASCII is just enough.
