[ossig] malaysian distros - embun

i am not related to either of the 2 distros.

if it had been me, i would have created a script (like automatix) to
turn plain vanilla ubuntu into embun, and maintained a repo for specific
components (like themes / icon sets) for malaysia which are not
available in the main ubuntu repo.

alternatively, i can also copy from how the other ubuntu variants
(xubuntu, edubuntu, kubuntu) does it.

imho, i would agree with going with one's own branding. edu-buntu in
malay connotes educationally challenged (buntu pendidikan). embun is a
nice name. if the developer hopes to build up services around the
distro, then some form of branding / packaging is required for building
customer awareness / interest / loyalty bla.. bla.. bla..

for these reasons, we have ubuntu and not debian shuttleworth's
edition... ;P
