Hi all,

Since the v1.0 released on 3/3/07, I would like to announce here first 
(as usual) the availability of Chevna 1.0.1 (Updated version).

Full announcement will be publish later on.

Next step will be a XFCE edition and pre-built LTSP edition (900MB, 
pre-built LTSP 180MB chrooted env (/opt/ltsp/i386), pxeboot (tftpboot), 
LTSP tools) so no need for education sector or others to use the 
traditional 1PC=1 Harddisk = 1 OS.

Also, more documentation to come.

XFCE Edition will be release as it will be a part in the LTSP edition to 
be use on client/workstation desktop (light weight desktop/window 
manager) while KDE desktop will be in the admin/host computer.

*About Chevna version:*
Codename @ branch for v1.0 to v1.0.9 : mutiara
Updated version (with the same desktop concept): 1.0, 1.0.1, 1.0.2, 
1.0.3 and up to 1.0.9
Future codename @ branch (with a different desktop concept): v1.1
Release cycle for each of the updated version: 2-3 months
Release cycle for each of the branch: 20 months
Supporting the update of Ubuntu release (edgy, feisty and gutsy): Yes

*Note:* Anyone who already has the v1.0 (base on edgy), does not need to 
download the 1.0.1 (base on feisty) as it can be updated using synaptic,
