[ossig] Say "NO" to OOXML as an ISO Standard

Ha ha... even the original text of the petition had it wrong (as I copy and
pasted earlier), then they corrected it some 5,000 signatures later!

Malaysia has over 30 people signed as at afternoon of Tuesday, 26 June.
Think we can double that by the end of this week? Or more?

it should be office open xml and not open office xml !
