Synopsis The overview of Hibernate (object-relational mapping) will be
presented in the seminar. ERP/CRM solutions are becoming very essential
piece of software solutions for many SMEs. This may be contributed to
the competitiveness and higher cost of operations in a ‘borderless’
business world. However, such a new business environment has imposed
higher pressure to the SMEs because of lack of IT knowledge and
experiences in choosing of ERP/CRM solutions, implementing and
maintaining the running software. Some even learned it the hard way.
This is a very painful experience because investment of time and cost
yield no return. This evening talk tends to share a ERP/CRM open source
solution, its features/functions, implementation experiences and lessons
learned from this exercise.
