I've seen some in LowYat but that was some time back. it's being sold by
a (1) shop in the upper levels. (where All IT mart is). There's one shop
who sells more or less all Linksys stuffs, then a few steps down, there
should be another shop that also sells these linksys. (IIRC, there is a
Galaxy 25/27dbi Wifi mesh Parabolic Antenna on display) Seen one there

Those converters costs ~RM30 in Jalan Pasar.
