Perhaps I am too naive to use this non-smoking condition. I didn't  
know some of you really feel offended that way.

I thought by putting this requirement, I can help reduce smoking,  
promote healthy working environment and work productively. Other than  
that, it never came to my mind that it actually kills the excuse to  
ask for pay raise, lost of sales opportunity and later being labeled  
as discriminatory.

I apologize to those felt offended. It is your freedom to smoke and I  
am not here to stop you.

Meanwhile, for those agree with my vision for a healthy working  
environment, please do apply and together build the company up. If  
you currently smoking, please consider to stop it. If not, make sure  
you only smoke after office hour and better yet, don't tell me you  
smoke. And in fact, if you smoke, you should ask for different job  
scope such as Sales.

It is my hope for better environment. That's all. I think I have made  
myself crystal clear.
