Good point! But wrong guess.

Now let me tell you why.

I went to see customers. After talking a while, they excuse  
themselves. They went to smoke in the staircase and talking nonsense!  
Then they come back after 15 to 30 min later. Work a while, gone  
again for another few minutes... Please, I am not there to wait for  
people smoke.

So I tell myself I will never employ staffs who smoke.
