Will this signal another advance by another developing country's health care system to ours? We used to (but still do by some) tout our healthcare system as the best in the developing world. Others are catching up.... Interesting is how they can get more than 50 hospitals using a HIS during a period of 2 years. Its using FOSS and not reinventing the wheel.
