[ossig] Mahathir's comment on open source aircraft

I just came back from presenting at the eHealth Asia 2007 - on the 
country case studies. Another presenter from the Philippines and myself 
(representing OSHCA) promoted FOSS. The M$ guy (Healthcare Industry 
Director, Public Sector, Asia Pacific Region) was amongst the small 
attendees and took opportunity to talk to those who asked questiond on FOSS.

What was interesting was that someone from MOH told me that soon after 
they received a circular that they have to use FOSS then followed by 
another circular that they don't really have to.....
