This is a complete package mirror for all releases from 5.04 to 7.10.

You can substitute the following urls for your /etc/apt/sources.list

http://mirror.inigo-tech.com/ubuntu/ 
ftp://mirror.inigo-tech.com/pub/ubuntu/

Or via gui change your source list to:

deb http://mirror.inigo-tech.com/ubuntu/ feisty universe multiverse

Replace feisty with the name of your Ubuntu release.

Note, this is a community service by Inigo, for home users and small
business on ADSL. If you're on a fat pipe, please use the official
mirrors for faster transfers (and please consider setting up another
mirror).

The server is synced every 12hrs at 7:30am and 7:30pm.
