I might be a bit dumb, but I read the thingy twice and haven't found any 
indication of 'formally'.
Did I miss ODF becoming Malaysian Standard? How is the progress if not?

Or is it rather ZDNet falling for the usual local 'I don't know. We will 
look into this' and taking it as announcement of a formal decision?
