Bringing back the Penang Meetups!

After a long period of silence, the Meetups are coming back to Penang!
To help introduce the people of Penang to the ideas and benefits about
Free and Open Source Software (FOSS), the Kuala Lumpur FOSS Meetup
organizer, Aizat Faiz, will be giving a presentation.  Along with Aizat,
Vicknesh will help continue to discuss what opportunities Open Source
tools can bring to development through the varied usage of available
FOSS IDEs.
