[ossig] MyOSS Meetup September 2006

Dear Tony,

I am not involved directly with the Penang Meetups, though I believe
there were certain issues that occured that made it difficult to happen.
I apologize for any inconveniences caused.

Please do not blame CS Lee as it is not his fault for this happening, he
has been doing as best as he could.  From my experience in setting up
the Kuala Lumpur Meetups there is always difficulty in establishing the
Meetups.  The most difficult being finding a good cooperative host and
location.  As you may have noticed the KL Meetups has been bouncing from
place to place, as either location may be difficult or some other better
opportunity arose.  This is why we need the community to work together
to help make this happen.

Nonetheless thank you for your interests in the Penang Meetups, I hope
that someday we can actually make it happen.  If you could help assist
CS Lee, in any possible way please do try.
