The positive comment on usability may prove to be very useful as the
contention is that ODF is not widely used, it can't fulfill the needs of
the users and it is not "backwards-compatible" with existing software.

I suppose if satisfied users of ODF do choose to comment, they may
consider framing the argument as Ow did :) (I didn't, but then I wanted
to illustrate it from a developer perspective where ODF has been very
useful for me).
