You forgot one thing about TMnet .... they are private sector and not
government sector. They have the option to ignore government policy. Anyway
I might be wrong in this case :)
I am pretty sure they trying hard to meet all the customer demands. Just
that the call centre might not profesionally enough now, maybe just maybe as
time goes by, it will change ?
We can only hope they will improve....... As globalization getting nearer,
they have to improve and I hope they realize that ...... They should not
take customer lightly and I hope to see more action than just talk. No
pointing keep discussing and setting up meeting about it if NO ACTION is
taken. At the end of the day customer is the one will loss out and the bad
thing here in Malaysia, we can not switch to another telco. I just wonder
who fault is it to have only one single dominent telco in this country ?
Even small country like Singapore have more than 1 TELCO ..... :(
