Wait till they tell you it will take them 48 *working hours* to fix. At 
that point you don't know if you should laugh out loud or blow your top 
at the drone at the other end of the line.

But yes, quality of service is pretty bad for a monopoly. Especially 
since I work at home, everyday I don't have Internet access is lost 
productivity ringgit (dollars, euros, whatever). I try to tell the 
drones that whenever I call to complain somethings gone wrong, but they 
just try and sound apologetic. I'd rather have a working service... than 
to hear their false pity

Anyways, not to rant at TMNet. I do hope Streamyx improves when I return 
next. And best wishes in getting service in Sri Petaling
