Thanks Colin and Aizat for your feedback so far. We're visiting their
Call Centre and Network Operations Centre to get clearer picture of the
problems especially the inadequate bandwidth and poor service support.
James and Jeff Ooi's blogs are already carrying the usual complaints.
I'm not going to be the PR person for TM Net but will concentrate on
efforts to promote and enhance the use of OSS by TM Net. Getting TM Net
to host OSS mirror is an excellent idea. Getting them to provide hosting
facilities on OSS platform for NGOs may be another. Will keep the ossig
list informed of significant updates on the OSS front. Will let you all
know when the new web portal of the user group is operational.
Please keep the suggestions coming.
