[ossig] [myoss] LHDN tender for Microsoft license in NST newspaper

This is my own personal opinion and is no bearing whatsoever of the IT dept
of LHDN.

For as long as I have had any experience with the LHDN IT dept, I believe
that the IT Director in that organization is a lecherous, opportunistic man.
Who's only interest is to give preference to his fellow 'state' men
(Kelantanese), Look at hot female sales person with short skirts, and
doesn't care between open source or proprietary, as long as his ass isn't on
fire.

Having said that, I am not surprised to see this tender going out.
