[ossig] LHDN tender for Microsoft license in NST newspaper

If anybody happens to buy NST today, 24/11/2006 take a look at the
advertisement section where LHDN is advertising their tender for Microsoft
licence.

If I'm not mistaken, the tender document price is around RM 3000

And if the tender document is directly proportional to the actual tender
value, you can guess that this tender will cost big money to government, or
worst, our tax money paid to LHDN

Can somebody scan and post the upload the tender image somewhere?
