    __Senior / Intermediate Software Engineer (Java)__


        ( General Responsibilities ):

    * Code on a daily basis. Areas of development include cutting-edge
      Java technologies such as Apache Struts, Apache Axis, Apache
      ServiceMix (ESB), Hibernate, Spring, and lots more.
    * Participate in the technical architecture, functional
      requirements, and technical specifications of products and projects.
    * Throw exciting & random ideas around the team.
    * Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality on the software.


        ( Responsibilities (Senior position) ):

    * Lead and develop on one or more software product or project.
    * Work with product & project managers to ensure that requirements
      are fulfilled.
    * Continuous research on new technologies and evaluate the value it
      will bring to future software developments.
    * Making decisions on the best technical approach for the team to
      fulfill business/user requirements with a fair balance of
      performance, reliability & scalability.


        ( Responsibilities (Intermediate position) ):

    * Application development with 1 or more software engineers in a
      team. Projects may be complete-new or enhancements to existing
      systems.
    * Perform diagnosis & code-level support when escalated by the
      support team on live systems.


        ( Requirements (MUST) ):

    * Talent, skill & passion in area of software development.
    * Self starter & fast learner.
    * Minimum 3-5 years experience in coding enterprise scale Java .
    * Knowledge in J2EE frameworks (preferably Struts), persistence
      layers (Hibernate, Torque), Apache Tomcat/JBOSS, Apache HTTPD,
      CVS/Subversion, …
    * Knowledge in SOA-related technologies such as XML standards, SOAP
      and web services.
    * Fluent in English for both verbal and written.


        ( Optional plus points ):

    * Knowledge in cutting edge JAVA technologies such as Axis,
      ServiceMix, Spring, etc.
    * RDBMS knowledge (SQL Server, Oracle, Sybase, DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
    * Knowledge of Enterprise Java containers such as Websphere, Weblogic …


    __Application Support Manager__


        ( Responsibilities ):

    * Intercept, monitor & resolve system support issues escalated by
      clients/third party vendors within stipulated Service Level
      Agreements (SLA).
    * Bridging communications between client and the internal team
      throughout the origination till closure of an issue.
    * Provide incident reports.
    * Develop, formalize and implement SOPs for the support team.
    * Work with the software or infrastructure team system to eliminate
      recurring problems.


        ( Requirements (MUST) ):

    * Talent, skill & passion in the area of application support.
    * Self starter & fast learner.
    * Minimum 2-3 years experience in technical/application support or
      related fields.
    * Ability to perform high-level problem diagnosis such as analyzing
      application/system logs, filtering non-application-related
      problems to other possible cause of errors such as network,
      operating system, user etc.
    * Fluent in English both verbal and written.


        ( Optional plus points ):

    * Knowledge in Java software development.
